Hi all!! This is the exact warm up I do daily and pre workouts to activate my core and glutes, warm up my body, and reduce lower back pain! Yes- I had two surgeries in the last year…😫. One for the ruptured L4 L5 disc and most recently my distal bicep tear repair so I’m all about proper warm up and pain reduction!

You can do this as a stand alone workout or as your warm up!
Active Dead bugs
Single leg drops
Cat cows
Alternating Bird dogs
Planks
Glute rocks
Glute rocks with a leg out
Hip flexor stretch
The key with all of these (except during the cat cows) is to keep your core tight, flatten your lower back and really squeeeeeeze your glutes!
