Unboxing my new exercise bike; the SF-B1110S by Sunny Health and Fitness. Great spin bike for under $250 and the best low-cost option in my opinion. This one is a chain drive system and has full adjustability, including adjustable fore and aft handlebars.
In this video, I also go over a basic bike fitting. Will be uploading a full instructional build video soon! I have noticed the Q Factor is a bit too wide in my opinion. The Pro model has a smaller Q Factor at 152mm.
