For an inexpensive bike trainer, I was surprised at how good it was. My experience in the past with inexpensive indoor bike trainers was that they should more than likely be avoided. The ease of mounting a bike to this trainer and the fact that it has 6 different resistance settings make this a good choice if you’re a beginner triathlete/cyclist or on looking for a budget friendly bike trainer.
