I receive so many questions about bike recommendations, so this video is long overdue! Today, I will be going through the top 5 factors you will need to consider when purchasing a new spin bike.

*Tip #1: Maximum User Body Weight Capacity is a good indicator of overall bike quality (high quality bikes should be able to support 300lbs)!
*Tip #2: Kevlar belt drives will be more durable than traditional belt drives

*Magnetic resistance bikes have a lot of pros, but one downside (aside from a heftier price) is that it is limited in the maximum amount of resistance that can be achieved. This isn’t a problem for most individuals, but worth considering if you are a beast on the bike!
