The bike has a very smooth ride on all resistances. No squick, no thump, just a smooth sound of a well-oil machine probably very close to those heavy duty commercial grade exercise bikes you see at the gym. It is almost silent when in use with only the small fan producing any noise. Lots of challenging programs. Not that the USB port will not charge anything more than a cell phone as my iPad does not get enough juice to charge when plugged in. The difference a seated position makes compared to an upright stationary bike is amazing.
