You can set the intensity of a workout while you cycle, by selecting the desired resistance level via the built-in console; there are 32 levels of electronic resistance for you to choose from, that provide plenty of options for those just starting to exercise, or those who train hard.
A great feature of the Reebok GB60 is there are 20 fitness programs built into the console; that can take you from a gentle cycle to a challenging mountainous hill climb, to really work on those calf muscles, and get the heart pumping.
The LCD screen provides the rider with feedback, to help improve fitness levels, by tracking and displaying progress when exercising; including speed, distance, time, calories, pulse, watts, body fat, and RPM.
The padded saddle is very comfortable, plus it is Dual-adjustable, both vertically and horizontally.
The exercise bike has balanced pedals with adjustable straps, and the handlebars provide soft hand grips allowing the rider to get comfortable and focus on fitness.
