exercising for the first time since giving birth!




I’m 8 weeks postpartum after my c section and my doctor cleared me for exercise, woohoo! I’ve been really missing riding my peloton bike, and am so excited to get back into it after 5 months off. There’s alot of pressure to bounce back after giving birth, so I’m trying to keep my focus on health, feeling good, and connecting with my body instead of weight loss.
