The AtivaFit air resistance exercise bike is a budget friendly fan bike that will give you one hell of a workout.
Personally, I don’t care if an air bike costs $200 or $1000, or if it comes with all the bells and whistles, fancy display monitor, cup holder, etc.
I’m just looking to get my ass kicked and this one gets the job done.
I’m consider myself to be in decent shape for 41 and I could say that this is one of the best cardio workouts I’ve done.
If I had to compare it to other types of cardio, I’d put it right up there with hill sprints.

As far as the workouts go, you’re in complete control of the resistance.
The air bike works on progressive resistance.
The faster you pedal, the more air resistance the fan blades pick up, and the harder the workout will be.
Whether you use this as a CrossFit bike, to warm up, or to do all out sprints, you dictate how much the air resistance bike works you out.
Whether you spend $250 or $800 on an air resistance bike, the movement is the same (prove me wrong).
