HERE IS A REVIEW ON THE RECENT #XTERRA BIKE I GOT OFF AMAZON! && A WORKOUT GUIDE:
FOR EXAMPLE 1-2MINUTES ON, & 30-1MIN OFF.
WARM UP
ROUND 1 (HIGHER RESISTANCE //SPEED)
BREAK 30-60 SECS
ROUND 2 (HIGHER RESISTANCE // SPEED)
BREAK 30-60 SECS
ROUND 3 (HIGHER RESISTANCE // SPEED)
HOW CAN YOU SEE RESULTS??
#CONSISTENCY
-Aim to do my workouts two to three times a week, along with cardio
a easy walk, run, swim, or sport you love. JUST BE ACTIVE
-Eat antioxidant rich foods and hydrate with at least 8 cups of water.
