While some are like Odie and love to run around all day, others are like Garfield and feel like they must be allergic to exercise.
I hear this every day, and I’m not surprised.
After all, I think “exercise” sucks too.
Which is why we’re gonna focus on exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise!
After all, nutrition is like 90% of the equation.
Exercise is merely a supporting actor, which is why we don’t ever NEED to spend time…
